Are you interested in working as a delivery person or distributor? The following questions and answers will give you the initial information you need and provide a general overview.

What requirements do I have to meet?

You must be of legal age, conscientious and reliable.	You must be at least 13 years old, conscientious, reliable and physically fit.

What would my job involve?

You will deliver daily newspapers to subscribers.	You will distribute advertising leaflets, brochures and official gazettes to all households (without a “no advertising” notice*).

Where will I have to deliver the newspapers/distribute the items?

You will receive a list with the names and addresses of the readers that you have to deliver to before you start your work.	You will receive a list with the addresses that you have to distribute to before you start your work.

What will my working hours be?

You will work from Monday to Saturday, and all the deliveries must be finished by 6:00 a.m.	You can work during the week and/or on Saturday at the weekend.

What will I earn?

Your earnings will be calculated based on the size of your delivery district.	Your earnings will be calculated based on the size of your distribution district.

Where will I get my newspapers?

The newspapers are delivered to a drop-off point near your designated district or even directly to your home.

How will I transport the newspapers?

We will provide you with various items of equipment for transporting the newspapers free of charge.

What should I do if I am ill?

Regardless of whether it is an unplanned or planned illness (such as a hospital stay), you must notify us of your absence as soon as possible so that a substitute can be organised.

Will I be entitled to holiday?

Yes, you are naturally entitled to holiday. As a substitute has to be organised during this time, we ask that you notify us of your holiday in good time (at least four weeks before the start of the holiday).

Am I insured?

Yes, you are insured against accidents through the employers’ liability insurance association.
